Join the Strength Metrics 6-Week Powerlifting Challenge starting 3rd February 2025 to enter the world of powerlifting or just get stronger. 

 

Push your squat, bench, and deadlift with powerlifting specific programming and technique fine-tuning.

  • 1 In-Person 1hr Technique Session Per Week 

    • Week 1: Pre-Testing – Find your baseline strength

    • Week 2: Covers the basics of squat, bench press, deadlift

    • Week 3: In depth look at the squat

    • Week 4: in depth look at the bench press

    • Week 5: In depth look at the deadlift

    • Week 6: Post-Testing – See how far you’ve come! 

  • Custom 6-Week Training Program

    • Based on initial pre-testing session

    • Build up for the week 6 post testing

    • Can be done on site or at another gym

  • Strength Metrics Gym Access

    • specialised powerlifting equipment

    • 24/7 access
